    獨(dú)立單PLC結(jié)構(gòu),單CPU結(jié)構(gòu),標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化設(shè)計(jì),維護(hù)工作少,價(jià)格適中。 ESD是英文Emergency Shutdown Device緊急停車系統(tǒng)的縮寫。這種專用的安全保護(hù)系統(tǒng)是90年代發(fā)展起來(lái)的,以它的高性和靈活性而受到一致好評(píng)。 ESD緊急停車系統(tǒng)按照安全獨(dú)立原則要求,獨(dú)立于DCS集散控制系統(tǒng),其安全級(jí)別高于DCS。在正常情況下,ESD系統(tǒng)是處于靜態(tài)的,不需要人為干預(yù)。作為安全保護(hù)系統(tǒng),凌駕于生產(chǎn)過(guò)程控制之上,實(shí)時(shí)在線監(jiān)測(cè)裝置的安全性。只有當(dāng)生產(chǎn)裝置出現(xiàn)緊急情況時(shí),不需要經(jīng)過(guò)DCS系統(tǒng),而直接由ESD發(fā)出保護(hù)聯(lián)鎖信號(hào),對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備進(jìn)行安全保護(hù),避免危險(xiǎn)擴(kuò)散造成巨大損失。具有關(guān)資料,當(dāng)人在危險(xiǎn)時(shí)刻的判斷和操作往往是滯后的、不的,當(dāng)操作人員面臨生命危險(xiǎn)時(shí),要在60s內(nèi)作出反應(yīng),錯(cuò)誤決策的概率高達(dá)99.9%。因此設(shè)置獨(dú)立于控制系統(tǒng)的安全聯(lián)鎖是十分有必要的,這是作好安全生產(chǎn)的重要準(zhǔn)則。該動(dòng)則動(dòng),不該動(dòng)則不動(dòng),這是ESD系統(tǒng)的一個(gè)顯著特點(diǎn)。 為何要獨(dú)立設(shè)置ESD系統(tǒng)呢?當(dāng)然一般安全聯(lián)鎖保護(hù)功能也可由DCS來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)。但是對(duì)于較大規(guī)模的緊急停車系統(tǒng)應(yīng)按照安全獨(dú)立原則與DCS分開(kāi)設(shè)置,這樣做主要有以下幾方面原因:   (1)降低控制功能和安全功能同時(shí)失效的概率,當(dāng)維護(hù)DCS部分故障時(shí)也不會(huì)危及安全保護(hù)系統(tǒng); (2)對(duì)于大型裝置或旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械設(shè)備而言,緊急停車系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)速度越快越好。這有利于保護(hù)設(shè)備,避免事故擴(kuò)大;并有利于分辨事故原因記錄。而DCS處理大量過(guò)程監(jiān)測(cè)信息,因此其響應(yīng)速度難以作得很快; (3)DCS系統(tǒng)是過(guò)程控制系統(tǒng),是動(dòng)態(tài)的,需要人工頻繁的干預(yù),這有可能引起人為誤動(dòng)作;而ESD是靜態(tài)的,不需要人為干預(yù),這樣設(shè)置ESD可以避免人為誤動(dòng)作。

    ACE泵與電機(jī)通過(guò)法蘭和彈性聯(lián)軸節(jié)進(jìn)行連接,通過(guò)角形支架水平或垂直安裝皆可,具體參見(jiàn)安裝說(shuō)明。雙泵單元也可組合安裝在一個(gè)共同底座上,共用一個(gè)進(jìn)口和出口管路。雙聯(lián)泵安裝形式具有節(jié)省空間、方便安裝、簡(jiǎn)化服務(wù)和檢修的特點(diǎn)。請(qǐng)參見(jiàn)雙聯(lián)泵的產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明。

    IMO  Tuning

    調(diào)諧閥(Tuning Valve)作為ACF泵系列中的一個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置,用于確保在駁運(yùn)混有自由氣體的油時(shí)盡量減少擾振。低容量滑油系統(tǒng)以及延長(zhǎng)除氣時(shí)間的添加物是造成過(guò)多自由氣體進(jìn)入油中的主要原因。自由氣體混于油中,氣泡快速的膨脹和縮小,這是泵系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生振動(dòng)和噪音的主要原因。

    通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)調(diào)諧閥,根據(jù)所含空氣的組分和壓力,使合適的流體由壓力側(cè)進(jìn)入到轉(zhuǎn)子腔。

    它對(duì)于氣泡的效果是,使原本暴露在全壓的排出側(cè)的氣泡能夠逐漸改變其尺寸而不是快速變化。

    用在轉(zhuǎn)子上的軸向壓力和摩擦負(fù)荷通過(guò)液壓平衡,主螺桿通 

     過(guò)滾珠軸承定位,由于轉(zhuǎn)子上軸向液壓的平衡,使?jié)L珠軸承

    不受軸向力作用

    E4泵分下面三種型號(hào),通過(guò)圓形法蘭聯(lián)接支架與電機(jī)相連,該電機(jī)為空冷或水冷式皆可。該法蘭聯(lián)接支架同時(shí)構(gòu)成泵的唇式軸密封。

    E4 XXBE:徑向入口,水平或垂直安裝皆可。

    E4 XXTE:入口處配有濾網(wǎng),安裝于淺艙的頂部

    E4 XXJEE4XXTE的入口裝有延長(zhǎng)管,用于深艙中。

    為了保護(hù)E4泵免受外部物體,乳焊接飛濺物、焊渣、鐵銹、螺母、螺栓、毛刺等的損壞,必須在泵的進(jìn)口處安裝一個(gè)濾網(wǎng),濾網(wǎng)的推薦網(wǎng)目數(shù)尺寸如下:

    流速低于5立方分米/秒時(shí)(300L/min)時(shí):400-800微米

    流速大于5立方分米/秒時(shí)(300L/min)時(shí):600-1000微米

    潔凈的過(guò)濾器前后最大壓降在滿流量時(shí)不超過(guò)0.1bar

    E4XXTEE4XXJE泵本身裝有網(wǎng)孔尺寸為30目的過(guò)濾器,當(dāng)E4泵用于液壓動(dòng)力驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)時(shí),或用于滑油和密封油泵時(shí),除非系統(tǒng)中其它部件另有要求,否則無(wú)須考慮其它過(guò)濾措施。

    當(dāng)不采取其它過(guò)濾措施時(shí),推薦在回油管或單獨(dú)配置的循環(huán)管路中安裝網(wǎng)孔尺寸為100um的過(guò)濾器。

    濾網(wǎng)尺寸的選擇:滿流量狀態(tài)下,潔凈過(guò)濾器上的最大壓降不超過(guò)0.1Mpa
