    【常見故障】：
    在做高溫消毒前，要確保移液器能否適應(yīng)高溫。
    校準(zhǔn)是可以在20-25度環(huán)境中，通過重復(fù)幾次秤量蒸餾水的方法來進(jìn)行。
    不用時(shí)要把移液器的量程調(diào)至大值的刻度，使彈簧處于松弛狀態(tài)以保護(hù)彈簧。
    好定期清洗移液槍，可以用肥皂水或60%的異丙醇，再用蒸餾水清洗，自然晾干。
    使用時(shí)要檢查是否有漏液現(xiàn)象。方法是吸取液體后懸空垂直放置幾秒中，看看液面是否下降。如果漏液：1、槍頭是否匹配；2、彈簧活塞是否正常；3、如果是易揮發(fā)的液體(許多有機(jī)溶劑都如此)，則可能是飽和蒸汽壓的問題。可以先吸放幾次液體，然后再移液。
